1. Bevezetés
A BlueTech-Therm Kft. (székhely: 7761 Kozármisleny, Toldi utca 43.; e-mail: info@bluetechtherm.hu; telefon: +36 20 291 7727) mint adatkezelő elkötelezett az Ön személyes adatainak védelme mellett. Jelen szabályzat bemutatja, hogy milyen adatokat gyűjtünk a bluetechtherm.hu weboldalon, azokat milyen célból és jogalapon kezeljük, meddig tároljuk, valamint hogy Önt milyen jogok illetik meg. Az adatkezelésre az Európai Unió Általános Adatvédelmi Rendelete (GDPR, 2016/679/EU) és az információs önrendelkezési jogról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény (Infotv.) irányadó.
2. Milyen adatokat gyűjtünk?
Az ajánlatkérő és kapcsolatfelvételi űrlapunkon megadott nevet, e-mail-címet, telefonszámot és az üzenet szövegét. A weboldal technikai működése során a szerver naplófájljaiban tárolt adatokat (IP-cím, böngésző típusa, a látogatás időpontja).
3. Hogyan használjuk az adatokat?
Az adatokat kizárólag az Ön megkeresésének megválaszolására, árajánlat készítésére, a megrendelt szolgáltatás teljesítésére és a kapcsolattartásra használjuk. Nem használjuk az adatokat automatizált döntéshozatalra, és nem értékesítjük azokat harmadik feleknek.
4. Az adatkezelés jogalapja
Az adatkezelés jogalapja az Ön hozzájárulása (GDPR 6. cikk (1) a)), szerződés esetén a szerződés teljesítése (6. cikk (1) b)), valamint jogi kötelezettség teljesítése (6. cikk (1) c)). A hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonhatja.
5. Adatmegőrzés
A megkereséseket és árajánlatokat a kapcsolat fennállásáig, de legfeljebb az utolsó kapcsolatfelvételtől számított 5 évig tároljuk. A számviteli bizonylatokat a jogszabályban előírt 8 évig őrizzük meg.
6. Adattovábbítás és adatfeldolgozók
Adatait harmadik országba nem továbbítjuk. Tárhelyszolgáltatónk és könyvelőnk mint adatfeldolgozók a szükséges mértékben, titoktartási kötelezettség mellett férhetnek hozzá az adatokhoz.
7. Sütik és helyi tárolók
A weboldal kizárólag a működéshez és a nyelvi beállítás megjegyzéséhez szükséges technikai tárolókat használ (nyelvválasztás: app_lang; a sütikezelési döntés: app_consent). Ezek nem alkalmasak az Ön személyes azonosítására, és marketing- vagy nyomkövetési célra nem használjuk őket. Az oldal első látogatásakor megjelenő sávban elfogadhatja vagy elutasíthatja a technikai tárolók használatát; döntését a lábléc „Sütibeállítások” gombjával bármikor módosíthatja. A tárolókat a böngészője beállításaiban is törölheti.

We store enquiries and quotes for the duration of the relationship, but no longer than 5 years from the last contact. Accounting documents are retained for the 8 years required by law.
6. Data transfers and processors
We do not transfer your data to third countries. Our hosting provider and accountant, as data processors, may access the data to the extent necessary, under an obligation of confidentiality.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses only the technical storage necessary for operation and for remembering your language preference (language choice: app_lang; cookie decision: app_consent). These cannot be used to personally identify you and are not used for marketing or tracking.
