1. Bevezetés
Jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek (ÁSZF) a BlueTech-Therm Kft. (7761 Kozármisleny, Toldi utca 43.; e-mail: info@bluetechtherm.hu; telefon: +36 20 291 7727) által nyújtott klímatelepítési, karbantartási, javítási, hűtéstechnikai, valamint víz-, gáz- és fűtésszerelési szolgáltatásokra érvényesek.
2. A szolgáltatások köre
A társaság klímaberendezések telepítését, karbantartását és javítását, hőszivattyúk telepítését, hűtéstechnikai munkákat, valamint víz-, gáz- és fűtésszerelési kivitelezést végez Magyarország területén, elsősorban Pécs és Baranya megye térségében.
3. Árajánlat és a szerződés létrejötte
A weboldalon vagy telefonon kért árajánlat tájékoztató jellegű, és nem minősül kötelező érvényű ajánlatnak. A szerződés a felek írásbeli vagy szóbeli megállapodásával, a megrendelés visszaigazolásával jön létre.
4. Árak és fizetési feltételek
A feltüntetett árak bruttó, magyar forintban értendő árak, amelyek a mindenkori áfát tartalmazzák. A pontos végösszeget a helyszíni felmérés után adjuk meg írásos árajánlatban. A fizetés a munka befejezését követően, számla ellenében történik, készpénzben vagy banki átutalással.
5. Teljesítés és határidők
A vállalt határidőket az árajánlat tartalmazza. A munkavégzés időpontját a felek előzetesen egyeztetik. Rendkívüli időjárás vagy a megrendelő érdekkörében felmerülő akadály esetén a határidő módosulhat.
6. Garanciális feltételek
A telepített klímaberendezésekre a gyártó, az elvégzett kivitelezési munkára pedig a társaság 5 év garanciát vállal. A garancia nem terjed ki a nem rendeltetésszerű használatból, illetéktelen beavatkozásból vagy az elmaradt karbantartásból eredő hibákra.
7. Elállás és lemondás
Fogyasztói megrendelés esetén a megrendelő a szerződéstől a teljesítés megkezdéséig indoklás nélkül elállhat. A teljesítés megkezdését követően a 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet és a Polgári Törvénykönyv szabályai szerint járhat el.
8. Felelősség
A társaság felelőssége a szerződésszerű teljesítésre terjed ki. A megrendelő által biztosított helyszín állapotáért, valamint a nem a társaság által szállított eszközökért a társaság nem vállal felelősséget.
9. Panaszkezelés és jogorvoslat
Amennyiben a teljesítéssel kapcsolatban észrevétele van, kérjük, jelezze az info@bluetechtherm.hu címen vagy a +36 20 291 7727 telefonszámon. Panaszát 30 napon belül kivizsgáljuk és írásban válaszolunk. Fogyasztói jogvita esetén a lakóhelye szerinti békéltető testülethez fordulhat.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the air conditioning installation, maintenance, repair, refrigeration, and plumbing, gas and heating services provided by BlueTech-Therm Kft. (7761 Kozármisleny, Toldi utca 43.; e-mail: info@bluetechtherm.hu; phone: +36 20 291 7727).
2. Scope of services
The company performs installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioners, installation of heat pumps, refrigeration work, and plumbing, gas and heating construction in Hungary, primarily in the Pécs and Baranya county area.
3. Quote and formation of the contract
A quote requested on the website or by phone is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the parties agree in writing or verbally and the order is confirmed.
4. Prices and payment terms
The prices shown are gross prices in Hungarian forints and include VAT at the applicable rate. The exact total is given in a written quote after the on-site survey. Payment is made after completion of the work against an invoice, in cash or by bank transfer.
5. Performance and deadlines
The agreed deadlines are set out in the quote. The time of the work is arranged by the parties in advance. In case of exceptional weather or an obstacle within the customer's sphere, the deadline may change.
6. Warranty terms
For the installed air conditioners the manufacturer provides the warranty; for the work carried out the company provides a 5-year warranty. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, unauthorised intervention or omitted maintenance.
7. Withdrawal and cancellation
In the case of a consumer order, the customer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons until performance begins. After performance has begun, the rules of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) and the Civil Code apply.
8. Liability
The company's liability covers contractual performance. The company accepts no liability for the condition of the site provided by the customer or for equipment not supplied by the company.
9. Complaints and remedies
If you have any comment regarding the service, please contact us at info@bluetechtherm.hu or +36 20 291 7727. We will investigate your complaint within 30 days and reply in writing. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to the conciliation body competent for your place of residence.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für die von der BlueTech-Therm Kft. (7761 Kozármisleny, Toldi utca 43.; E-Mail: info@bluetechtherm.hu; Telefon: +36 20 291 7727) erbrachten Leistungen für Klimaanlagen-Installation, -Wartung und -Reparatur, Kältetechnik sowie Sanitär-, Gas- und Heizungsarbeiten.
2. Leistungsumfang
Das Unternehmen führt Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Klimaanlagen, Installation von Wärmepumpen, kältetechnische Arbeiten sowie Sanitär-, Gas- und Heizungsinstallationen in Ungarn durch, vorwiegend im Raum Pécs und Komitat Baranya.
3. Angebot und Vertragsschluss
Ein auf der Website oder telefonisch angefordertes Angebot ist unverbindlich und stellt kein verbindliches Angebot dar. Der Vertrag kommt durch schriftliche oder mündliche Einigung der Parteien und Bestätigung der Bestellung zustande.
4. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen
Die angegebenen Preise sind Bruttopreise in ungarischen Forint inklusive der jeweils gültigen Mehrwertsteuer. Der genaue Gesamtbetrag wird nach der Vor-Ort-Besichtigung in einem schriftlichen Angebot genannt. Die Zahlung erfolgt nach Abschluss der Arbeiten gegen Rechnung, in bar oder per Banküberweisung.
5. Ausführung und Fristen
Die vereinbarten Fristen sind im Angebot angegeben. Der Zeitpunkt der Arbeiten wird von den Parteien vorab abgestimmt. Bei außergewöhnlichem Wetter oder einem Hindernis im Verantwortungsbereich des Kunden kann sich die Frist ändern.
6. Gewährleistung
Für die installierten Klimaanlagen leistet der Hersteller Gewährleistung; für die ausgeführten Arbeiten übernimmt das Unternehmen eine 5-jährige Garantie. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Mängel aus unsachgemäßem Gebrauch, unbefugtem Eingriff oder unterlassener Wartung.
7. Widerruf und Kündigung
Bei einer Verbraucherbestellung kann der Kunde bis zum Beginn der Ausführung ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Nach Beginn der Ausführung gelten die Vorschriften der Regierungsverordnung 45/2014 (II. 26.) und des ungarischen Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs.
8. Haftung
Die Haftung des Unternehmens erstreckt sich auf die vertragsgemäße Leistung. Für den Zustand des vom Kunden bereitgestellten Standorts sowie für nicht vom Unternehmen gelieferte Geräte übernimmt das Unternehmen keine Haftung.
9. Beschwerden und Rechtsbehelfe
Bei Anmerkungen zur Leistung kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter info@bluetechtherm.hu oder +36 20 291 7727. Wir prüfen Ihre Beschwerde innerhalb von 30 Tagen und antworten schriftlich. Bei einem Verbraucherstreit können Sie sich an die für Ihren Wohnsitz zuständige Schlichtungsstelle wenden.
